Students from Lorain County JVS came to Blessing House in November to help build a ramp for one of our entrances and to help with yardwork and donations. Students from the carpentry program built a ramp at the school, then transported the pieces to Blessing House where they spent a Saturday morning putting it together. Other students helped get the yard ready for winter and sort some of the donations that we received.

 

We would like to thank Erin Byrne of Lorain County JVS for organizing this project and all of the students who did such an excellent job in building our ramp and helping out. The ramp is a huge help for us and will be a big improvement for the little ones going outside to play.

 

We are always impressed by the willingness of our county kids to help others.
