Weed Pro Day at the Ballpark

Thanks to Rob Palmer, Shaun Kanary and all of the employees at Weed Pro who hosted 9 of our children at a Crushers game. Everyone had a great time and we really appreciate your generosity.

Great throw, Sr. Mary!

Blessing House Becomes a United Way Agency

On July 1, 2010, Blessing House became a United Way Agency. We are pleased to announce that we have been accepted as an agency to receive funds donated through the United Way to programs in Lorain County that really do make a difference.  We look forward to building our new relationship with the United Way family and encourage you to support their upcoming campaign. Look for announcements that will be coming soon as to how you can help United Way agencies by supporting the United Way Day of Caring.

Blessing House Endowment Fund

Blessing House has established an endowment fund with The Community Foundation of Lorain County. This fund was set up through the generosity of Robert and Rose Stalla and will be used to support the future operations of Blessing House. We feel it is important to insure our ability to help children and families far into the future and so we encourage you to help us do this by donating to our endowment fund.  For more information, click here.

The Director's Diary

 Godspeed, Jimmy Davis

Have you ever wondered . . . .

What to do when your child throws a tantrum in the middle of a grocery store?

How to get your child to listen to you?

How to make mealtime more enjoyable for everyone?

Visit our Parenting Resource Page to view helpful tip sheets published by Circle of Parents that offer insights to these and other problems parents encounter.
